Let’s clear some things up.
Our most frequently asked questions and our answers for you!
-
Premium Coaching is high-touch support with weekly face-to-face conversations, personalized adjustments, and a deep level of accountability.
The Nutrition Consultation is lighter support — great for people who want guidance and structure without weekly calls.
Both are personalized. The main difference is how much ongoing support you want. -
Absolutely not. We love burgers and pizza (and even alcohol if that tickles your fancy) as much as you do. This is about balance, not restriction. We’ll help you understand how to enjoy the foods you love while still moving toward your goals.

Think of macros — protein, carbs, and fats — as the building blocks of your meals. They each play a different role in how your body feels and functions. Tracking or being mindful of macros isn’t about perfection or restriction; it’s about understanding how to fuel your body in a way that supports your energy, goals, and lifestyle.
Each macro plays a different role:
Protein helps repair and build muscle and keeps you feeling full. You’ll find it in foods like eggs, fish, lean meats, yogurt, and tofu.
Carbs are your body’s main source of energy. (YES carbs are GREAT!) Everything from fruits and vegetables to pasta, rice, bread, and yes, even cookies falls into this category. The more active you are, the more carbs you generally need.
Fats support things like hormone production and brain health. They come from foods such as nuts (PB - YUM!), oils, avocado, and fatty fish.
Chris breaks macros down in a simple, approachable way so they stop feeling scary or confusing. You’ll learn what your body needs and how to hit those targets without giving up your favorite foods. No math degree required, promise!

We’re not here to overhaul your life or ask you to become a whole new person. We’re here to help you as you are right now.
Chris brings the expertise — certifications, years of coaching, and a habit-based approach grounded in real science. Molly is here to support and if you have billing questions ;) .
Together, we focus on small, sustainable changes that fit into real life: kids, stress, travel, late nights, early mornings… all of it. No rigid rules. No shame. No “start over Monday” energy. Just support, clarity, and a coaching experience that adapts to you.

In some ways, yes! Not everyone needs full-on coaching and that’s okay! Sometimes you just want guidance, inspiration, or a little structure. Chris can create custom fitness plans or help you brainstorm meal ideas that fit your preferences, lifestyle, and goals. We do not provide full blown “meal plans” because plans are outside our area of expertise and their rigid…literally the exact opposite of what we’re going for here!
Think of it as a flexible option for people who want direction without committing to a full program. If you just want your routine to feel fresh again, we’ve got you.

Short answer: no. Chris is a certified nutrition coach, not a medical provider. That means he can help you build healthier habits, understand how to fuel your body, and create routines that support your goals but he can’t diagnose medical conditions or give medical treatment.
If something comes up that falls outside the scope of coaching, we’ll always encourage you to talk with your doctor or a licensed medical professional. We’re here to support your overall wellness, not replace your healthcare team.

We’re not tied to any specific gym, which means you get total flexibility. Chris can build a fitness plan that works with your setup — whether that’s a commercial gym, a home gym, a few dumbbells in your living room, or no equipment at all.
If you want recommendations for local gyms or types of workout environments that might fit your personality or goals, we’re always happy to point you in the right direction (we’ve got some friends in the biz). But you never have to belong to a gym to work with us.

We work with people of all genders, body types, sizes, ages, and backgrounds. You don’t need to look a certain way, eat a certain way, or already “be healthy” to start. You also don’t need to feel 100% ready, honestly most people we work with, don’t. You just need to be open to taking small steps, and we’ll meet you exactly where you are.
That said, there are a few situations where nutrition coaching might not be the right fit, especially if you’re looking for medical treatment, clinical nutrition support, or care for active eating disorders. In those cases, we’ll kindly point you toward a licensed medical professional who can offer the support you need.
If you’re not sure whether you’re a fit, reach out anyway. The first conversation is simply a chance to connect and see if this feels good for you with no pressure, no expectations. We’ll figure it out together.
